** Complete Satisfaction ** - slgriese - Aug 28, 2009 I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks and strong feelings of complete satisfaction to the Toyota Center and to my wonderful salesperson, Mr. Ted Inman for all their help in making my car buying experience one that I will remember. I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry for myself and have been very happy with my decision to once again come back to the Toyota Center to do business. I currently live less than two miles from another local Toyota dealer but would drive the extra fifteen miles any day to do business with this dealership and especially the wonderful sales team. The customer service was excellent! From the time I walked on the lot, I was greeted with a smile and throughout my time at the dealership the service was excellent. From the sales team to the finance department to the kind gentleman who “cleaned” up the car before I drove away, I was amazed at how friendly everyone was and willing to go above and beyond! My family has purchased several cars from your dealership over the years (all from Mr. Inman) and we will continue to return because we love the way we are treated and know we will be taken care of. I will be referring my friends to use this dealership in the future because I know they will be taken care of, as well! However, when you feel that someone else should be made aware of something, I do feel that it is appropriate to make it known. I recently purchased a Prius from Toyota Center and I was taken through the buying process with Bob Collins. I felt that Bob was one of the best sales professional's that I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new automobile. From his initial introduction when I came into the showroom to his final email thanking me, I was very impressed with his true professionalism, courtesy and genuine interest in my needs. He knew his product very well, anticipated my questions and answered them in great detail and, in general, made the task of buying a car a true pleasure. I did do comparison shopping at the other two Toyota dealers in town. I knew from the onset that once we all got down to the final strokes, the prices would be similar. Believe it or not, I did purchase from Toyota Center as a result of Bob. I look forward to a long relationship with Toyota Center in the years to come. Thanks.
