More Information About Your VIP Package
Thank you for purchasing an EAGLES Ticket Package. Package details subject to change without notice. All
packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE; NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances; NO
REFUNDS or EXCHANGES; all sales are final.
You will receive an email from On The List Presents (VIP@OTLPresents.com) 1-2 days prior to the performance
date with check-in/pick up instructions (be sure to check spam/junk email in case it lands there). Information will
be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The VIP provider, the artist, tour, promoter,
ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate
information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
Tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be
distributed at the venue, on the day of show ONLY. To redeem elements of your order you must present your
receipt and picture ID at the check-in location.
