Thank you for purchasing a John Mayer Ticket Package. You will be required to sign a waiver & release of liability. Package details subject to change without notice. All packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE; NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances; NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES; all sales are final.
You will receive an email from On The List Presents ([email protected]) 2-3 days prior to the performance date with check-in/pick up instructions (be sure to check spam/junk email in case it lands there). Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The VIP provider, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase. Wild Blue & Carry Me Away package purchasers may be required to arrive up to several hours prior to the show to take advantage of the preshow lounge.
Exclusive VIP merchandise items will be distributed at the venue, on the day of show ONLY. Tickets included in packages are to be picked up at the On The List Presents VIP check-in location, on the day of show ONLY. To redeem all elements of your order you must present your receipt and picture ID at the check-in location.
