The part-time Guest Service Representative will work events at the Toyota Center. Guest Services Representatives will be primarily responsible for providing each guest with an appropriate and lively environment to view events by meet, greet and directional guidance in a friendly and respectful manner. This is accomplished through outstanding knowledge of the event and Toyota Center while ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the event and Toyota Center regulations, policies and procedures.
The Toyota Center is home to the NBA’s Houston Rockets. It also plays host to the nation’s top concerts and touring shows. We are looking for people responsible for assisting with conversions of building equipment as required for specific types of events held at the Toyota Center. Be available to work in other areas and shifts to supplement additional departmental needs.
The Outdoor Box Office Associate is a part-time position responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to guests as they arrive for events at the Toyota Center. In addition to answering customer questions pertaining to box office concerns, the Outdoor Box Office Usher will be responsible for assisting customers through the will call and ticket selling lines in a timely manner. The position will require the Outdoor Box Office Usher to work a schedule ranging from 3 to 20 hours per week depending upon the event schedule, with most call times starting at or around 5:00 p.m. This ideal candidate for this position can work outdoors in all weather conditions.
The Retail Associate contributes to total store results for the Houston Rockets Team shop. The main focus of this role is to provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and environmental involvement.

Responsible for ecommerce site growth, customer service, maintenance, and reporting. Additionally, will be responsible for analysis of in arena and online sales and making recommendations to buying and operations team for planning purposes.
