Toyota Center and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment have announced Toyota Center Reimagined, a transformation of Toyota Center designed to elevate the fan experience and further position downtown Houston as a premier destination for sports, entertainment, and major events. The comprehensive project, approved today by the Harris County–Houston Sports Authority, represents a transformational investment in the future of downtown Houston and coincides with the George R. Brown Convention Center expansion project already underway. Construction will begin following the Rockets season, with completion expected by the fall of 2027.
