RENOVATIONS ARE UNDERWAY FOR TOYOTA CENTER REIMAGINED! DURING THIS EXCITING, TRANSFORMATIONAL TIME, YOUR EXPERIENCE AT OUR ARENA MAY BE A LITTLE DIFFERENT. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE IMPORTANT CHANGES BELOW AS YOU PREPARE TO ATTEND AN EVENT AT TOYOTA CENTER.
BOX OFFICE
Our Box Office is currently closed for renovations. We encourage all fans to purchase their tickets online. If you need assistance on event day, please see our box office respresentatives inside the Bell Street Atrium and the Polk Street Lobby once event doors open.
If you have any ticketing questions or need assistance accessing your tickets, please call our direct line at (713) 758-7239 to speak with a representative during regular business hours or visit Rockets.com to chat with our Clutchbot.
TRAFFIC, DIRECTIONS & PARKING
Please be aware there are several areas experiencing construction between Toyota Center and the George R. Brown Convention Center. Please pay attention to street closures and allow additional time as you make your way to Toyota Center events. Please visit our Directions & Parking page for the latest Transtar Traffic Map, parking information, directions, and rideshare information.
ENTRANCES
The La Branch Plaza is currently inaccessible due to renovations and the La Branch Entrance is closed. On event days, the Team Shop Entrance will also be closed. All other buidling entrances are currently accessible. During events, entrance deisgnations for VIP ticketholders and GA floor tickets may change. Please refer to your event-day email for event-specific arrival instructions or check out Toyota Center's Instagram on event day.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Our Guest Experience booth near the La Branch Entrance is currently closed for renovations. If you need assistance inside our venue, please visit the Guest Experience Booths located across from section 125 on the Main Concourse and section 434 on the Upper Concourse. They are staffed with knowledgeable Guest Experience Representatives who will assist you with your questions and concerns.
BAG POLICY
While the La Branch Entrance is closed for renovations, fans bringing bags into the arena must use designated bag entrances for screening at the Jackson Street Entrance, Bell Atrium Entrance, or Skybridge. Toyota Center encourages fans to travel light and not bring bags. If fans choose to bring bags, permitted items include bags no larger than 10" x 6" x 2", diaper bags, and medical bags. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Please visit our Bag Policy page to learn more.
Please note, the Binbox lockers on the La Branch Plaza are also currently inaccessible. Fans checking bags will need to use the lockers on level 3 of the Tundra Garage near the skybridge.
