Bag Policy
Toyota Center encourages fans to travel light and not bring bags.
If fans choose to bring bags, permitted items include bags no larger than 10" x 6" x 2", diaper bags, and medical bags. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Bag Entrances
Fans bringing bags into Toyota Center must use designated bag entrances for screening purposes. If you have a bag, please use one of these entry points:
- La Branch Entrance - Dedicated bag lanes on the left side
- Polk Street Entrance
- Bell Atrium Entrance
- Skybridge for Premium Ticketholders
Please Note: Fans attemping to enter via the Bell Street Entrance will be redirected to the Bell Atrium Entrance. Fans attempting to enter via the Jackson Street Entrance will be redirected to the Polk Street Entrance.
Bag Check
If fans choose to bring a bag that will not be allowed inside the arena, there will be lockers on site for rent. Binbox lockers are located outside of Team Shop and Skybridge entrance on Level 3 of the Tundra Garage. Pricing starts at $10.00 per checked bag which is non-refundable. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are acceptable forms of payment. Toyota Center is a cashless venue and no cash will be accepted at Binbox locations.
No Re-Entry
Toyota Center has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events and bags will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens the same time as arena doors for each event and closes 60 minutes post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to Lost & Found. Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should contact Toyota Center Guest Experience staff at 713-758-7230 or guestservices@rocketball.com. Toyota Center assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event.
