   • Ticket assistance is available at the Bell Street Atrium and Polk Lobby entrance locations during events, beginning when doors open on event nights. The box office remains closed on all non-event days.

   • If you have any ticketing questions or need assistance accessing your tickets, please call our direct line at (713) 758-7239 to speak with a representative or visit Rockets.com to chat with our Clutchbot. Assistance is available during regular business hours.

*Please note that our Box Office is now cashless. All guests will have to purchase tickets using a debit or credit card. Tickets will be delivered digitally through AXS Mobile ID. No paper tickets will be given.
