Unless noted otherwise, your merchandise items that are included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location at the venue). Pick up on the date of the event only. VIP merchandise must be collected at the venue on the day of the event; any unclaimed merchandise will be considered forfeited without further compensation or recourse. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately (vipguestservices@cmnevents.com). All packages are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver & release of liability. Use of personal cellphones or cameras is prohibited during the Meet & Greet Experience and/or any other VIP Experience. Non-compliance may result in suspension from the activity or cancellation of professional photos. CMN reserves the right to enforce this option at its discretion. By participating in the VIP Experience, you consent to your image being captured and uploaded to a password-protected website. You acknowledge and agree that you may appear in promotional content related to the show. This waiver and release extend to any personal injury, damage, or loss, and you acknowledge that this release of liability is made voluntarily as a condition of participating in the VIP Experience.
