Toyota Center encourages fans to travel light and not bring bags. If fans choose to bring bags, permitted items include bags no larger than 10" x 6" x 2", diaper bags, and medical bags. All bags are subject to search upon entry and fans carrying bags must use designated bag entrances. The Toyota Tundra Garage is located at 1515 Jackson Street Houston, TX 77003. Please visit our Directions & Parking page for information about garage entrances, a map of street closures and traffic disruptions in the area due to construction, and directions to Toyota Center.

The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas operates various routes near and around Toyota Center.

Toyota Center offers easy accessibility through a street-level concourse and a sunken seating bowl located approximately thirty-two feet below grade.

Our arena store is conveniently located inside the Toyota Center at 1510 Polk St, Houston, TX.

All point of sales at Toyota Center are now cashless. Guests should prepare to use a credit card or contactless payment option when attending an event inside the arena. Please note:

• Cash can be exchanged for Virtual Currency at the Box Office and it is accessible through the Rockets App. 
• Virtual Currency can only be used for Concessions. 
• Virtual Currency is nonrefundable, but it does not expire.
