Game Day FAQs

In anticipation of the start of the 2020-21 NBA season, the Houston Rockets and Toyota Center have established new health and safety protocols to create a safe, yet fun environment for fans. The Rockets and Toyota Center have developed new protocols and guidelines in partnership with the City of Houston, the Houston Venue and Event Task Force, Memorial Hermann, and the NBA.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures intended to mitigate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Despite the protocols and requirements that we have put in place, no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Traveling to and from, visiting, and/or providing services in and around the arena may lead to a risk of exposure to COVID-19.

COVID-19 is highly contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are present. COVID-19 can lead to severe illness and death. While people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and underlying medical conditions. Exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements.

Health Promise

Fans and working staff should not come to Toyota Center if they or anyone in their group has COVID-19, has COVID-19 symptoms or knows they have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Click here for more information on COVID-19 symptoms. Please stay at home if you are feeling sick and keep everyone safe!

Fans can also text "ROCKETSHEALTH" to 55678 and click on the link in the reply message to take the survey within 48 hours of the game. For entry, fans will show a personalized confirmation page with their passing results to the usher at the entry doors.
